lend a much welcomed complexity to this sweet-
tart recipe. Most likely invented to mask the
harshness of bathtub gin.
French 75
Named after a small, powerful gun used during
World War I. Made with gin, champagne,
lemon juice and sugar!
Highball
Our twist on the Prohibition era drink of choice.
Bourbon with ginger beer.
Mint Julep
Fine Kentucky Bourbon with simple syrup
and mint! Wear your hat's girls, this one
can be enjoyed year round, it's not just for the
Kentucky Derby any more!
Sidecar
Cognac, Cointreau and lemon juice. Simple but
still a timeless classic! Said to be named for an
Army Captain who liked to be driven in a
motorcycle sidecar.
Tuxedo #2
Originated in the late 1800's and
reappeared during the roaring 20's. A chic spin
on the classic martini, the Tuxedo #2 combines
gin and vermouth with bitters, maraschino liqueur
and a touch of "the green fairy", absinthe.

soda. Said to be named after a 19th century army
man, Colonel Joe Rickey, who liked his with
bourbon.
Mary Pickford
Named after the 20's actress who was known as
"America's Sweetheart", this drink combines
light rum, pineapple juice, maraschino liquer
and grenadine
Planters Punch
Rum became popular during Prohibition as
"rumrunners" smuggled it into the US from Mexico
and the Caribbean. Today you can find all sorts of
rum from throughout the world! This popular
drink contains dark rum, fruit juices and grenadine.
Southside
A refreshing gin cocktail with sugar, mint
and lemon to perk things up.
The drink of Al Capone and his gang! Said to be
invented at New York's Club 21 during Prohibition.
Ward 8
Boardwalk Empire whiskey hustlers would be
proud to see this fine roaring 20's drink. Made
with rye, orange juice and grenadine.
